Looking back make me realise a lot of things! I was so obsessed with my training and diet that I didn’t see clear. I ate around 1200-1500 calories per day when I workout heavy 12h per week plus walks😯 at the same time I gain a lot of followers doing it because this was health back then. No not the way I did it. Today is my mindset complete different. I eat whatever I like but I try to eat healthy as much as I can. I workout 3-4 times per week, keep my balance.
Then I get questions about how I feel because I don’t look like before. I can say I’m more healthy today than 10 years ago🤍 I hope I can inspire without being extreme🥰 Because for me that isn’t health anymore.
